We care passionately about our customers opinion of us. As a family business we strive to impress every customer with Excellent levels of service. After every move we give our customers a questionnaire regarding our service. This allows us to monitor our levels of customer satisfaction. The results are also used by the inspectors working on behalf of the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), BS EN 12522, British Association of Removers (BAR), National Guild of Removers and Storers (NGRS) and KiteMark. In 2009 approximately 98% of our customers rated our overall level of service as "Excellent" and said that they would recommend us. We have also won numerous awards from the NGRS as a result of customer reviews. Although we are very proud of these results we are never complacent and we always aim to improve and learn from feedback where possible.

Until Jan 2010 we kept the completed and returned questionnaires on file in our offices and in our archives and showed them to customers and inspectors upon request. However, we have now decided to scan the relevant section of every questionnaire that we receive and publish them at www.removalsandstoragereviews.co.uk. We really do publish every questionnaire no matter what the result or the comment (unless our client asks us not to), and we update the page monthly with the previous months results. Click here to read our customers reviews of our service last month in their own hand writing and with their signature (in most cases). After viewing, you would be forgiven for thinking that the results may have been vetted by us before publishing as they are, in general, overwhelming positive (we're proud to say). For this reason, we invite you to inspect the originals at our office (open 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri) and pick as many results at random from our files as you please. Alternatively, you can ask us to bring every one of last months completed questionnaires with us when we come to quote - we'll be delighted to show you them.

At the time of writing, we are not aware of any other removal company that openly scans and publishes every feedback result that it receives. It has become standard practice to list testimonials on the companies web site. So, while you're on this page, we have the more traditional testimonial lay out below which features genuine comments which we have taken from letters and questionnaires submitted to us by our clients (and the odd magazine article). During April 2012 we moved everybodies favourite S-Clubber, Rachel Stevens. The move within North West London took place over 2 days including a full packing service. Ms Stevens and her husband Mr Bourne were a real pleasure to work for and gave our team some really nice feedback on the client questionnaire.

In April 2011 we had the pleasure of moving East Enders actress, Samantha Janus. The 2100 cu ft move from Muswell Hill to Letchworth took our five man team two days to complete. We carried out a full packing service for Ms Janus which included taking special care of a 7ft tall antique mirror. Team leader Alan Newmarch said that Ms Janus was "absolutely delightful and a real pleasure to move." Judging by the comment Ms Janus wrote on the quality questionnaire and the feedback she gave (see below), she was equally pleased with our service. We moved Paul Young from Barnet to Barnet in November 2010. It was a large move with a full packing service requiring the use of a 10 man crew, two 18 ton trucks and one 3.5 ton luton van over a two day period. It was dark and bitterly cold by the time we completed the move but Mr Young was still good enough to have his picture taken with the crew - clearly showing his Love of the Common People (sorry couldn't resist!). As you can see from the picture, Mr Young had left his hat inside the new property which removes any doubt that it is, in fact, his home (oops done it again). When completing the feedback form Mrs Young rated our service as "excellent" and wrote "The crew were exceptional, helpful and professional."

Here's a picture of one of our crews with Spurs and Scotland International, Alan Hutton. We completed the move from Barnet to Radlett over a period of two days and the move required 4 loads in an 18 ton lorry. We only sent our Spurs supporting staff on this job and they were delighted to move one of their hero's. We are happy to report that the client was equally pleased and we recieved a rating of "Excellent" on our feedback form and praise for the care and professionalism shown by our crew.

The day we were "Hustled" The pictures below show Ali and Matt from our team with actor Joe Squash on the day that our team were “hijacked” by the team from the BBC’s “The Real Hustle” programme. On the day they collected the TV’s and on route to the delivery address the Hustler’s had set up a fake accident which lead them to be diverted down a country lane. At this stage the Hustlers stepped out in front of our vehicle and told them they had entered a quarantine zone due to a foot and mouth outbreak. They asked our guys how they had missed the no entry signs (that didn’t exist!) and they then instructed our crew to step out of the vehicle to be fumigated. They then asked Matt for the van keys so they could spray the wheels etc. When Matt declined they told him they would call the police if he didn’t co-operate, eventually Matt handed over the keys. Needless to say a few moments later our team were watching as the Hustler’s drove off with the van leaving them shoeless in a field. Matt described the feeling he had as absolutely terrible and completely shocking when the penny dropped that the load had been “stolen”. Shortly after a camera crew approached them and told them they were filming for the news about the foot and mouth out break and asked if they could interview them. I’m told that the answer they got won’t be fully broadcastable as the chaps were fuming by now and in the process of calling the police! The Real Hustle team then revealed the true story. I’m told the Matt and Ali’s faces were an absolute picture and the shoot went exactly according to plan. When everybody had calmed down the team posed for pictures and it was revealed to us that one of the hustler’s was the actor Joe Squash. The programme will be shown soon but the exact date isn’t yet confirmed.
