Dennis R. Rogers

Profile:
Dennis founded Rogers Removals when he left the Navy in 1969. He is now the General Manager and the companies’ removals surveyor and as such he carries out most of our quotations. Dennis holds an International Certificate of Professional Competence issued by the Ministry of Transport. With over 41 years experience in the removals and storage industry, it’s fair to say he has seen most things. Dennis also plays an active role in staff training and carries out random spot checks to ensure our standards remain high. He coined the phrase “A clean and tidy van is a happy van!”

Reyhan Kilincarslan

Profile:
Reyhan has been working for the company for 5 years. Reyhan is a super efficient employee who along with Lyndsey, is one of our customers first points of contact. Reyhan also assists with accounts and organises delivery of packaging materials to our customers.

Profile:

Alan Newmarch

Profile:
Alan has been working for the company for 16 years. Alan is one of our senior foremen. He carries responsibility for staff training and ensuring that every move passes smoothly. Kevin Lamont

Profile:
Kevin has been working for the company for 10 years. Kevin is one of our senior foremen. Kevin trains new recruits alongside Dennis and Alan to make sure they understand the “Rogers Way” of working. Rumour has it that he is son of former Chancellor of the Exchequer, Norman, although we have not been able to confirm this.

Eddie Alves

Profile:
Eddie has worked in the removals industry for over 10 years. Eddie is a 7.5 ton driver and he’s very careful and conscientious. He is always willing to help and he is a highly competent removal man and packer. He has great customer service skills and makes sure that moves are completed smoothly and efficiently. He consistently achieves fantastic feedback from clients.

Alan Wager

Profile:
Alan W has worked in the removals industry for over 13 years and has been with us for 5 years. Alan is an excellent packer for both domestic and international moves. Alan W is also a trained reach truck driver and as such he handles much of our storage and warehousing work. Alan’s years of experience mean that he is always passing on knowledge and assisting with on the job training.

Clive Beale

Profile:
Clive has worked in the removals industry for over 9 years. Clive is an experienced removal man with great customer service skills. He is a keen footballer and an Arsenal fan. Clive drives our 3.5 ton vehicles.

“ You should never be late to arrive for a move as it creates a bad impression from the start. If it’s unavoidable, always call the customer to keep them informed so they don’t worry.”

Dale Clark

Profile:
Dale has been working for the company for 8 years. In his spare time he is a Ju-Jitsu instructor. Dale is awesomely strong making him a great man to have when carrying a piano up to the second floor. Dale is a highly competent packer and removal man. For some reason he has the nick name “Shrek”.

“ When moving out of store it’s a good idea to have your goods delivered the day after completion to avoid waiting for the key.”

Marcin Choinski

Profile:
Marcin is an experienced export packer and removal man. He has worked in removals for 8 years, 4 of which have been with us. Marcin is a very hard working member of the team and he also drives our 7.5t lorries.

“ It's a good idea to let us do the packing. It's an art and when we do it the customer has less to worry about, the goods arrive in good order and the move flows easily.”

Tamas Oroszi

Profile:
Tamas is one of our 18 ton drivers. Being a former Hungarian wrestler, Tamas is a heavy duty fellow who is not easily daunted by hard work. He is a very conscientious and careful chap. Tamas is also a very capable packer who has spent over 8 years working in removals and storage.

Ali McGifford

Profile:
Ali has been working for the company for 6 years. Ali is a very keen footballer in his spare time and is a great asset to the RRFC defence when we have a match. Ali is very thorough and a real team player. He assists the driver’s make their daily vehicle checks and is always willing to help. Ali is a highly competent packer and removal man.

Gerry Lovasz

Profile:
Gerry is an experienced Class 2 HGV driver who has been with us for just over 4 years. Gerry is a competent driver, removal man and packer. He is always willing to help and go that extra mile and is consistently singled out for praise by our clients. Gerry is a very valuable member of our team.

Allan Darvill

Profile:
Allan has been working in removals since he was a wee lad as his father ran a removals firm. Removals is well and truly in his blood. He has worked for us for 9 years. As well as being a good team leader and excellent packer, he is also one of our 18 ton drivers.

Levante Agas

Profile:
Levante is another new recruit of ours however he has worked in removals for the past 4 years and he joins us with glowing references from his previous employer. It is clear that he is a very strong and competent removal man and packer. Levante is also a 3.5 ton driver. We always look for a good attitude towards hard work and team work when we recruit new people and it's clear that Levante has these qualities.

Derek Cassidy

Profile:
Derek has been a removal man for 8 years. He is also a qualified HGV driver. He is well skilled in the art of removals and packing. He takes pride in his work and his truck which is always immaculate. He helps us train new recruits and he is a much valued and popular member of our team and a real favourite with customers.

Matthew Blake

Profile:
Matthew is now in his third year with us. He is a qualified 18 ton driver and he has a great work ethic. Matthew recieves great feedback from clients and he has taken to removals like a duck to water having completed his packing and portering training alongside our most experienced foremen. He is, what’s called, “a real grafter!” which makes him a popular member of the team.

“ More so than in my previous jobs, removals is a team effort. We all help each other out here which is great because it means you work efficiently. I also enjoy getting good feedback from customers – it feels good to know you’ve done a good job.”

John Boer

Profile:
John is our mechanic. He ensures that our vehicles are in top class condition and never let us down. John carries out all preventative maintenance and all mechanical and bodywork repairs as required. John works from our premises and has been maintaining our fleet for over 11 years.

Adam Olesiak

Profile:
Adam has worked in removals for approximately 4 years. He drives our 3.5 ton luton vans with great care and he always keeps his van looking immaculate. He is an excellent packer and a great team player always willing to help out wherever he can.

Mick Malloney

Profile:
Mick has been a removal man for 9 years. He is one of our 18 ton HGV drivers. Mick helps train new recruits and is a very careful mover and packer.

Steve Beasley

Profile:
Steve is a popular member of the team. Steve has around 6 years experience in removals having previously worked for a commerical moving company. He is the brother in law of our senior foreman Alan Newmarch so there's plenty of banter going on between them. Steve is also a qualified reach truck driver.

Terry Erdwin

Profile:
Terry has spent 4 years working for the countries largest removal company and 1 year with us. He is a great worker and careful packer. He has a great sense of humour and as with all our staff, he's great at working within a team to make sure the move passes without incident. His nickname is "Plug" due to his likeness to a charator from "The Beano".

Mark Curry

Profile:
Mark joined us mid 2010 having moved to London after leaving San Francisco. After leaving his native Ireland Mark had spent 4 years working for San Francisco's number 1 rated mover (based on customer reviews). When we take on new recruits we always spend time training and installing our work ethic and methods into their way of working. This wasn't necessary with Mark as it soon became apparent that he was already the finished article. Mark is a top mover and a very important member of our team.

Gareth Bond-Vaughan

Profile:
Gareth has been with us for two years and he is a competent mover and packer having shadowed our top men during his first 24 months. Hard work certainly doesn't phase him and he always gives 100% effort on every move. Gareth is a gifted footballer and as well as being an asset to us on moves he's also the secret weapon of RRFC.

Joel Lee

Profile:
Joel is one of our HGV drivers. Joel has worked for an International mover for around 5 years before joining us late in 2010 with fantastic references from his last employer. We have been impressed with Joel and it is clear he's a great packer and careful driver having been well trained in the art of moving by his previous employer. As a new recruit, he is currently working alongside our longest serving team members.

Dave Whitty

Profile:
Dave is a removals Jedi with over 30 years in the industry. He has worked for many removal companies and he’s an excellent packer and export packer. Dave’s level of professionalism and experience make him an ideal man for our newer recruits to learn from.

Csaba Szabo

Profile:
Csaba has been with us for two years now. He has worked in removals for approximately 3 years in total and he’s one of our HGV drivers. Csaba is a “people person” and a real extrovert with a good sense of humour. Customer’s often comment on what a nice chap he is and how carefully he carries out his work.

Dimi Arnaudov

Profile:
Dimi joined us mid-way through 2011 and he is an experienced HGV driver. He is currently being trained in the art of packing and moving. He is an intelligent chap with a fantastic attitude. He is usually early to work and always keen to help wherever he can.

“I really enjoy working as part of a team, although the work is hard it is enjoyable when you have good people around you. Getting good feedback from customers also gives me a good feeling at the end of the day.”

Bingo

Profile:
Bingo is our guard dog. She is half Poodle and half Cocker Spaniel. Granted this makes her an unusual choice as a guard dog but if we're ever threatened by a cat she'll be able to handle it - as long as it's a small one.
